What is a Research Guide?
Answer
A subject guide, research guide, or libguide is a collection of resources and search strategies for research in a given field of study, compiled by your library's designated subject specialist. Guides are written for all audiences and are an excellent tool to consult when beginning your research.
Topic guides covering common library visitor needs such as evaluation of resources, keyword/search strategies, and writing/citation help are also available. Some have even been tailored to specific UT Dallas courses.
