Q. I can't connect to library databases.
Here are the most common solutions for issues connecting to library resources:
- When using a WiFi connection, ensure that you have selected CometNet as your network. UTDGuest and others will not work.
- Off campus users should disable VPN. Some users enable a VPN connection to simulate an on-campus connection. That simulated connection conflicts with the library's e-proxy service, rejecting your access to e-resources.
- Try a different web browser. If it works there, this is a clue that you should clear your temporary internet files and cache in your preferred browser.
