Q. I can't connect to the library databases.

Answer

Here are some possible options to solving the connectivity issues:

1) Clear your temporary internet file and cache.

2) Make sure you're not using VPN connection, because the connection will not work with the library.

3) Try a different web browser. 

4) If you're on campus wifi, use Cometnet and not the guest network.
