How can I find more books on the same topic?

Answer

Found an interesting title and looking for more like it? You will generally find similar books grouped together on the shelf, or you can try one of the following methods for more thorough browsing, including ebooks:

1) The most direct method is to use the Library Catalog Advanced Search, and change the keyword type from "Any field" to "Subject" before entering your search term. Note: Subject terms are not as flexible as keywords, so this method requires more precision in our choice of words.

2) If you want more books like the one you have found in a catalog search, click the title and scroll to find "Subjects" the Details area. Click a subject term to see all other print and electronic titles that were indexed with the same term:

Linked subject terms can be found under location in the details view of a book record
