How long should it take to receive my Interlibrary Loan (ILL) request?
Answer
Physical items requested through Interlibrary Loan (ILL), like books, DVDs, sheet music, etc. take 5-10 business days to arrive for pick up at McDermott Library. Rare or very popular materials may take longer.
Electronic materials such as journal articles and book chapter scans take 1-2 business days on average.
