How many books can I check out?

Checkout periods vary by collection and your classification. Loan policies for the general circulating collection are as follows:
- UTD faculty may borrow up to 300 items for a full semester.
- UTD graduate and PhD students, researchers, and librarians may check out up to 150 items for a full semester.
- UTD undergraduates and staff may check out up to 50 items for 21 days.
- All other patrons, including Friends of the Library and TexShare users, may check out up to 10 items for 21 days.
