What do I do when my account is locked on a printer?

If you experience an error on the Library printers that says "User locked on terminal ##," this is the result of swiping your Comet Card on another machine without logging off the printer you originally used.
Solution:
- Take note of the printer number in the error message. This number identified which printer you originally used (and are locked upon). Example: if error message ends with a 5, look for the printer with the number 5 on the front by the paper tray)
- Swipe your Comet Card on THAT printer - your account will unlock.
- Press Log off either on the touch screen where your print queue is shown or hit OK and see the print jobs pending and print/print all to process.
