When accessing IEEE Xplore through the Library-provided link, your institutional access is automatically verified via proxy server. However, it is also possible to enjoy your student / faculty access through the standard url - https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/Xplore/home.jsp - by following the steps below.

  1. Click Institutional Sign In
  2. Click Shibboleth
  3. Search by Institution Name: University of Texas at Dallas
  4. Click University of Texas at Dallas and the NetID screen should appear
  5. After entering your NetID and password, you should see a UT Dallas logo, confirming full access
